Async redemption vaults holding real-world assets inherit a structural vulnerability: share prices lag behind the true NAV during the attestation window, creating information asymmetry that can be exploited by sophisticated participants. We map the attack surface, quantify the exposure, and survey the design approaches used to contain it.
